The Supercam S350, developed by the «Kalashnikov» concern, is one of the main reconnaissance drones used by Russian military personnel in combat operations. The drone performs surveillance, reconnaissance, and targeting functions, which is why it is called the "eyes and ears" of the soldiers. This was reported by the press service of the Russian Ministry of Defense.
The press service emphasized that the Supercam S350 is an optimal tool for obtaining data at any time of the day and in conditions of interference from the enemy. The drone can stay in flight for up to 4.5 hours and transmit information up to 100 km.
The main advantages of the UAV, according to the Russian Ministry of Defense, are the speed of deployment and launch of the complex, a high degree of resistance to electronic warfare, as well as stable communication and image transmission.
Among the features of the unmanned complex, it is worth noting the modular composite elements, interchangeable and combined payloads with unified gyro-stabilized platforms, and a system for detaching wing consoles during landing to prevent possible damage.
The Supercam S350 has proven itself as a reconnaissance drone. The UAV has received high marks from the Russian military.
