Car Owners Start Installing Digital Instrument Panels on Older LADA Vesta Models

The Price "Bites": The Upgrade Will Cost 45,000 Rubles

Owners of the previous generation LADA Vesta have begun upgrading their cars by installing the instrument panel from the LADA Vesta NG. This upgrade is not cheap at all. It will cost 45,000 rubles. In addition, not all functionality will be available in the digital instrument panel.

For example, the screen with multimedia and navigation will not display a map. This is because the previous generation Vesta does not have the Enjoy Vision Pro system. Fortunately, this screen inside the instrument panel can be turned off. In addition, switching tracks using the buttons on the steering wheel will become unavailable. This is because the radio control system has changed. This problem can only be solved by replacing the head unit.

If these nuances do not bother the car owner, then to install the new panel, several adapters, fasteners, plastic trim, a visor, the instrument panel itself, a new-style steering wheel (needed to control the instrument panel), and a steering wheel airbag cover are needed. The airbag itself can be transferred from the old steering wheel.
