«Калашников» в ближайшие два года нарастит производство беспилотников

Specialists of "Scientific-Production Association "Izhevsk беспилотные системы" (SPA "IzhBS", part of the country's main arms concern "Kalashnikov") are deeply modernizing production facilities amid a growing state defense order. The company will increase the production of various types of UAVs.

In 2024, drone production at "IzhBS" facilities will increase tenfold.

The company plans to increase production volume several times more in 2025. At the same time, more than 50% of the total plan will be new promising developments.

The press service of the concern added that the "IzhBS" team is improving the produced UAVs, taking into account their use in real combat. Specialists are increasing the combat potential of ready-made drones, as well as conducting research and development work on new aircraft.

The company has put into operation a workshop with an area of several thousand square meters and a new engineering and technological building. It houses areas for assembly and installation of UAVs, as well as a design bureau.
