The cruise ship "Vladimir Zhirinovsky" (named "Pyotr Velikiy" until 2024) of project PV300VD, which is being built at the Astrakhan shipyard "Lotos" (part of USC), will begin full-fledged operation on the Caspian Sea in February-March 2025. According to the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Astrakhan Region, the ship is planned to be fully completed and put into operation by the end of 2024 (November–December). The cruise ship is expected to receive its commissioning certificate in early 2025.
