In Italy, a UAZ "Bukhanka" converted into a motorhome has been put up for sale. For the local automotive market, this is a rather exotic model, because in Italy you don’t often find "Bukhanas" for sale, especially those modified in this way.
A special superstructure has been welded to the top of the car, which increases the height of the ceiling. There is an expedition trunk on the sides and in the front. A tent awning is attached to the side. Technically, the car has a different engine. The Italians installed a two-liter SOFIM diesel engine in the "Uazik".
Judging by the photos, the car is far from in perfect condition. The paint has bubbled and chipped off from below. The "Bukhanka" is just begging for restoration and repainting. However, given that the car is 44 years old (it was made in 1980), it looks good. They are asking almost 9 thousand euros for the motorhome.
