Rosobrnadzor plans to create a chatbot for teachers' appeals on the "Сферум" platform. The solution will help teachers from different parts of Russia highlight problems in the education system. This was announced by the head of the department, Anzor Murzaev, at a meeting of the State Duma Committee.
According to Anzor Murzaev, the chatbot has already been created. The authors of the idea are currently in the testing process.
There it will be automatically - if a teacher complains, and the region does not solve the problem, "lights" will immediately light up.
Anzor Murzaev noted that when solving the set request, the teacher will be able to indicate this by removing the "checkmark" in the program.
He stressed that the chatbot will help monitor the timely elimination of problems in the field of education by the regional authorities. So far, the control and supervision system in the field of education has not reached full capacity.
