The Russian logistics company SDEK has informed customers about the return to normal operations. The operator's working servers have been restored after a week-long failure. This was reported by the company's press service.
Despite a number of remaining minor problems, the operator's website and mobile application are fully functional. The operation of offices for individuals and legal entities has been restored.
Shipment movement has resumed, most of the delayed parcels have been delivered, and we plan to deliver the remaining ones in the near future.
SDEK has also resumed accepting shipments by couriers with some restrictions. Special tariff conditions are not yet in effect.
The start of accepting applications after the elimination of technical problems began on June 2. If the application was sent earlier, customers were asked to duplicate it.
The company notes that shipments with the "Reverse" and "Client Return" services are still not accepted. Delivery to parcel lockers (automatic terminal for receiving and sending parcels) is also not yet carried out.
As a reminder, the global failure occurred at SDEK on May 26. The operator's work was stopped due to a hacker attack and restricted access to databases. It took the operator a week to fix the problems.
Earlier www1.ru reported that the global failure was partially eliminated, SDEK is returning to work.
