Стой, кто идет!?: новые умные системы контроля границы представили на выставке «Комплексная безопасность»

Devices are capable of detecting targets in thermal signature at a distance of up to 20 km

Automated visual target fixation systems on borders were presented at the "Integrated Security" exhibition, which takes place from May 29 to June 1 at the Patriot Congress and Exhibition Center in Kubinka (Moscow region). The project was created by "Videofon MV". This was reported by a representative of the development company.

The devices are used in the border regions of the country. The program outlines a perimeter that is forbidden to cross and identifies violators in the thermal signature (infrared energy shown by the thermal imager).

They allow you to see targets at a distance of up to 20 km in the thermal signature, in the visible range, there is a laser rangefinder - it is possible to determine the distance to the target.

A company representative said that the system operates in autonomous mode. In case of unauthorized border crossing, the violator is recorded by the camera, then the data is sent to the operator.

Earlier, www1.ru reported that Russia is testing new digital portal inspection complexes on the border with China.
