Rostec Completes State Tests of Guided Detonation Projectiles for the BMPT "Terminator"

Ozdoev: A 30-mm Round with a High-Explosive Fragmentation Projectile with a Remotely Controlled Fuse Has Been Created

Rostec specialists have completed state tests of guided detonation projectiles and a remote control system for their detonation time for the BMPT "Terminator", according to Bekhan Ozdoev, Industrial Director of the corporation's conventional weapons complex.

According to him, this is a very promising direction. Ozdoev explained that engineers have created a 30-mm round with a high-explosive fragmentation projectile with a remotely controlled fuse. A remote detonation time control system has been developed for the BMPT.

In 2023, it successfully passed state tests as part of the BMPT "Terminator". Engineering calculations were confirmed.
