VK has launched an open beta test of generative neural networks for all users of Mail.ru services. During the closed testing phase, more than 1 million users tried out its features.
The most frequent request was summarization (highlighting the main points) of emails in the mail, this function was used by 47.8% of users. The second most popular request is creating greetings in the calendar, which interested 33.4% of users.
Smartphone owners on the iOS platform most often participated in the testing. Open beta testing became the final stage before launching the neural network in Mail.ru services. During the test, experts refined the language model.
