Historical Models and Electric Bikes: What Will Be Included in Kalashnikov's New Limited Edition Motorcycle Series?

The Kalashnikov Group promises to soon unveil a limited series of collectible motorcycles under the legendary IZH brand. The release will reportedly include replicas of two-wheeled vehicles produced at the Izhevsk Machine-Building Plant (IzhMash) from 1951 to 1990.

The new series will also include Café Racer-type electric bikes, modifications of the IZH Pulsar, and heavy motorcycles for the Kortezh project. To the delight of collectors, experimental motorcycle designs previously created by Kalashnikov for special orders will also be presented.

According to Alan Lushnikov, President of the Kalashnikov Group, if necessary, the company is ready not only to expand the range of motorcycle equipment under the IZH brand, but also to introduce advanced solutions in the field of motorcycle construction, using its rich experience and modern production technologies. The group also has no problems with a professional team and a modern production base.

IZH of the "Kortezh" project, a heavy motorcycle weighing 510 kg, was first presented at the "Army-2017" forum; it was assumed that this motorcycle would be included in the line of presidential escort vehicles
