Test voting has begun in 28 regions of Russia on the remote electronic voting (REV) portal. It takes place on the portal "https://vybory.gov.ru" from 8:00 on March 5 to 16:00 on March 6, 2024.
Karelia, Crimea, Chuvashia, Altai, Kamchatka, Primorsky Krai, Arkhangelsk, Belgorod, Vladimir, Vologda, Voronezh, Kaliningrad, Kaluga, Kursk, Lipetsk, Moscow, Murmansk, Nizhny Novgorod, Novgorod regions, NAO and the city of Sevastopol are participating in it.
Voting will last 32 hours. During this time, the operability of the federal platform will be checked before voting on March 15-17. In addition, voters will be able to understand whether their gadgets and browsers are compatible with the REV website.
Testing is also required because before that in Russia and in general in world practice, REV has never been used in such volume and in elections at the presidential level.
Only voters who have applied to participate in REV in the elections of the President of Russia and received the application status "Accepted" in their personal account on "Gosuslugi" before 23:59 (Moscow time) on March 3, 2024 can take part in the test voting.
If you submitted an application today, or submitted it before March 3, but the application does not have the status "Accepted", you will no longer be able to participate in the test voting.
