The Beshtau Group, together with the machine tool manufacturer RostIntech, have created a new company, Beshtau Technologies. It will develop machines, equipment and technologies for radio electronics and microelectronics.
Some of the equipment will be completely new, and some of the developments should replace the equipment that is already used in Russian production facilities. It is known that Beshtau Technologies will also use developments from third-party research groups. They are ready to help them with equipment resources and, possibly, with finances.
The first development is a Russian-made printed circuit board line. Beshtau Technologies received a preferential loan of 22 million rubles from the Regional Industrial Development Fund to create the first industrial prototype.
They were sent to purchase Russian components: in particular, electrical products, control controllers, control computers, monitors, components of an automated process control system (APCS), domestic software based on Linux. Only 20% of the production line will consist of foreign components.
Beshtau Technologies is already registering its first patent, which describes this technology for assembling a line for the production of solid printed circuit boards using equipment made from Russian raw materials. Prior to the creation of this company, Beshtau announced the launch in 2024 of a plant for the production of domestic boards for electronics. It will produce boards of the fourth, fifth and sixth classes of accuracy.
In addition to printed circuit boards, Beshtau Technologies plans to create a Russian lithograph for topology within 200 nanometers. This will help produce modern industrial domestic electronics.
Previously, the first Russian lithographer had already promised to be produced by the Ministry of Industry and Trade. The ministry assured that the production of a Russian lithographer for a topology of 350 nanometers would begin in 2024, and in 2026 equipment for the production of chips with a topology of 130 nanometers would appear.
