A new workshop of the "Moskabel Plant" has opened in the village of Vorovsky near Moscow. All raw materials for its operation are completely Russian.
Now Russia will be able to reduce the share of cable products imports to 5% in strategic positions. The production of geophysical and heating cables for oil wells, marine cables, communication and control cables will be almost completely import-substituted.
The main customers of the new products will be Rosneft, Lukoil, Gazprom, Russian Railways, Rosseti, Nornickel, Mosgortrans and other major Russian enterprises.
262 million rubles were spent on the launch of the workshop. The funds were supported by the Industrial Development Fund through a preferential loan under the flagship "Development Projects" program. One hundred people got jobs in the workshop.
