Полет с одним неработающим двигателем и предотвращение ЧП: разработан проект ГОСТа для операторов дронов

Draft GOST Standard for Training Drone Operators Developed in Russia

Specialists from ANO "Center Aeronet" and the Central Aerohydrodynamic Institute named after Zhukovsky ("TsAGI") have presented a preliminary draft of the GOST standard, based on which drone operators can be trained in Russia.

Competition "Free Flight"

The document includes 70 mandatory skills, including pre-flight drone preparation, takeoff and altitude gain, route planning, flight in cruise mode (flight at a constant speed, designed for long distances - editor's note www1.ru), prevention of emergencies in the air, actions in emergency situations.

Training will be conducted using a model of a ground control station for unmanned aerial vehicles, a simulator, and software (SW). It is indicated that operators must be able to control the aircraft in all weather conditions, including rain, fog, and icing of the runway.

The training program will also include practice in taking off with a crosswind, actions when weather conditions change, and flight with one inoperative (damaged) engine.

In Russia, GOST standards are approved by Rosstandart, and requirements are developed within the framework of technical committees under the agency. The recommendations of experts are also taken into account when developing GOST standards.
