A unified tourism platform based on RUSSPASS will appear in Russia

It will unify the domestic tourism market and facilitate the development of inbound tourism across the country

The Moscow tourist multiservice RUSSPASS , which has evolved to the level of a nationwide project in a few years, will serve as the basis for the development of the national portal Russia.Travel. This was written in his personal Telegram channel by Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin.

With the help of the new service, tourists will be able to comfortably go to the most remote corners of Russia.

Together with the Ministry of Economic Development and the Ministry of Digital Development, we will form a single tourist platform that will unite market participants, open up new opportunities for the development of domestic and inbound tourism. We will pass on all our knowledge and technology to integrate RUSSPASS and Russia.Travel.

Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin

RUSSPASS was originally created as a project dedicated to Moscow. Since the summer of 2020, the multiservice has been solving all tourism-related issues, ranging from purchasing airline tickets and railway tickets to planning individual free excursions and journeys around the Russian capital by various types of transport. Currently, 85 Russian regions from Kaliningrad to Primorye have been integrated into the service.

Earlier, to foster the development of inbound tourism in Russia, on August 1,new electronic visas were launched for representatives of 55 countries. So far, they are available only in English, but plans are underway to translate them into Chinese and Arabic, at least.
