The Executive Director of NPO "Android Technology" Evgeny Dudorov stated that foreign countries are showing interest in the domestic military robot "Marker". But it is impossible to buy it, since there is no permission for export.
We deliberately do not purchase technologies abroad and do not share our own, although similar requests for the same "Marker" come to us constantly. The car has not yet been supplied to the Russian army, but even now some countries would like to purchase it serially for themselves with localization of production.
"Marker" is one of the most advanced robotic platforms in Russia, if we talk about military equipment. It uses a technical vision system that is connected to a neural network. "Marker" can be both wheeled and tracked, it is able to overcome water obstacles up to 80 cm deep.
Since the platform is modular, the equipment (and, accordingly, the armament) can be very diverse: "Marker" can be equipped with a machine gun, grenade launcher, anti-aircraft complex for suppressing drones. Or, on the contrary, "Marker" can play the role of a drone carrier. Also, "Marker" can act as a transport or sanitary drone.
