The chief designer of "Remdizel", Aidar Yunusov, spoke about the work to improve the Russian armored vehicle "Zubilo". The manufacturing company will refine the prototype taking into account the wishes of the military.
In particular, work is underway to improve autonomy. At the moment, the range of the "Zubilo" is only 10 km, but it can be increased if a quadcopter-type drone is used for this. Another innovation from the wishes of the military: that if communication is lost, the drone either simply stops or returns to base.
The "Zubilo" can be equipped with either the BM-30-D "Spitsa" combat module (which includes a 30-mm 2A42 automatic cannon, a 7.62-mm PKTM machine gun and an AG-30 automatic grenade launcher), or the ZU-23 anti-aircraft gun. The body of the "Zubilo" can withstand a hit from a 30-millimeter cannon.
