The World Court fined the Russian "daughter" Google 4 billion rubles for non-payment of an earlier fine imposed by the FAS.
"The company [Google] in addition, must pay more than 4 billion rubles to the budget of the Russian Federation. Today, the World Court of the Presnensky district of Moscow imposed a fine on Google LLC in double the amount of the FAS fine unpaid in due time", - said in a message from the Federal Antimonopoly Service.
Recall, in February of last year, the FAS of Russia established that the rules related to "formation, suspension, blocking of accounts and user content on YouTube are opaque, non-objective and unpredictable". For this, Google was fined 2 billion rubles.
Google has 60 days to pay the fine, if this does not happen, then the court can assign responsibility in double the size, and the case will be referred to bailiffs.
