The newest Russian buggy "Arta" based on Niva Legend was shown to the mayor of Tolyatti and the governor of the Samara region

If the tests are completed well, the governor promised to place an order for the car

The tactical vehicle (buggy) "Arta", created by the Tolyatti company F-Design, was shown to the mayor of Tolyatti, Nikolai Rents, and the governor of the Samara region, Dmitry Azarov.

According to the Telegram channel "Avtopotok", "Arta" will soon be sent for testing at a military training ground. If they are completed successfully, Azarov promised to place an order for such vehicles.

"Arta" is very different from the usual three-door Niva. For example, there is simply no rear part of the cabin here, instead there is a cargo platform on which a turret for an anti-tank missile system is installed. Ground clearance is significantly increased due to the suspension lift, the body is reinforced, and a 2.0-liter gasoline engine with a capacity of 115 hp is installed under the hood. "Arta" is not a strictly military vehicle - civilian use is also possible, but without access to public roads.
