In Moscow, in the Rudnevo industrial park, mass production of domestic ATMs has begun. It was established by the Moscow group of companies BFS.
ATMs are 80% composed of domestic components, and in the future their share will only increase. The ATMs are based on Elbrus processors from the Russian MCST. The technological production line is located on 5.5 thousand square meters, at the moment the production capacity of the enterprise is up to 15 thousand ATMs per year, but it can be doubled. BFS has already received orders for 7 thousand ATMs.
In terms of functionality, domestic devices are not inferior to foreign counterparts. They allow you to perform all the usual operations. contactless reading of bank or transport cards, two-dimensional bar and QR codes. There is also a camera for biometric identification and performing a number of operations without using cards.
