Deputy Head of the Ministry of Digital Development Dmitry Oguryaev, speaking at the Federation Council, announced that the mobile application "Gosuslugi.Dom", which allows managing utility services, will be launched throughout Russia in the 3rd quarter of this year.
«Our minimum goal for the end of 2023 is 1 million users. Currently, there are about five regions where it [the application] is actively being piloted,» he said. These five regions are the Belgorod, Kaluga, Omsk, and Chelyabinsk regions, as well as the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug.
The Deputy Head of the Ministry of Digital Development noted that through "Gosuslugi.Dom", users will be able to submit meter readings and see statistics on them, pay for utility services, see their housing and communal services bills, and submit applications to the management company. Notifications about a planned general meeting of owners and its results, and about the shutdown of hot water will also be sent through "Gosuslugi.Dom".
