"The Center for Communication Network Monitoring and Management has launched a public user portal. The "Outage Monitoring" service has started working on the website. It is created as an alternative to the foreign resource downdetector.com, which stopped analyzing Russian Internet resources after the beginning of the SOP", - said in the Main Radio Frequency Center (MRFC).

"Outage Monitoring" tracks the status of resources based on user reports. In case of complaints from users, CNMM specialists will check the problem and find out what it is related to. "When a large number of messages about failures are received, Center specialists will join the problem-solving process together with communication operators and service owners", - said in MRFC.
