Engineers from the Belarusian company "Innotech Solutions" have created the ALS "Scanner" hardware and software complex, which provides passive monitoring of airspace. This was reported by the press service of the State Military-Industrial Committee of Belarus.
"Scanner" is designed for early detection, trajectory prediction, and spatial positioning of low-flying UAVs, including those operating in "radio silence" mode. The system includes sensors that detect sound waves from the propellers or internal combustion engine of the drone.
Composition of the "Scanner" complex:
- Sound detection devices
- Control point (PC and tablet)
- Software
- Communication channels
- Rechargeable batteries
- Navigation equipment
The drone detection system works in all weather conditions. "Scanner" will detect a UAV with an internal combustion engine at a distance of up to 1 km. At the same time, the error in determining the speed does not exceed 10%.
