The Japanese agency also expressed concern about the strengthening of military-technical ties between Russia and China and North Korea. A separate paragraph is devoted to Pyongyang's development of ballistic, hypersonic, and nuclear weapons.

In recent years, North Korea's nuclear missile tests and its attempts to launch reconnaissance satellites have caused concern among experts in Tokyo.
