The fuel crisis in Russia is gradually receding, but unevenly. In the Tyumen region, Gazpromneft has lifted limits and reinstated post-payment, while in Karelia, Rosneft has increased AI-92 sales to 50 liters. Restrictions remain in Kuban.
In Krasnodar, on the morning of October 13, 89 gas stations were operating. Diesel was available at 87 stations, AI-92 at 48, AI-95 at 44, and AI-100 at only 11. Seventeen gas stations were not selling fuel, and nine were closed for repairs. In Novorossiysk, out of 30 operating gas stations, six suspended sales, with limits of 30–60 liters per tank. In Gelendzhik, AI-95 was sold at only five stations, and AI-92 at six. Prices in the regions: diesel – 76–77 rubles per liter, AI-92 – 63–65, AI-95 – 68–72.
The government declares stabilization: price increases at gas stations of vertically integrated companies are no higher than inflation. The FAS has initiated 67 cases and issued 99 warnings, and 94 agreements have been concluded with independent gas stations.
