The Ministry of Labor plans to expand the list of social services available through the Max messenger. The application will allow users to confirm their eligibility for regional support measures. This was announced by Minister of Labor and Social Protection Anton Kotyakov at the All-Russian Labor Protection Week, RIA Novosti reports.
The directory of measures being prepared by the ministry will, in the future, allow for the expansion of the number of services provided through the application as simply as possible. Currently, some services are already available through Max, but their list will grow.
For citizens, this simplifies access to regional support measures: eligibility for payments can be confirmed without visiting an agency. The messenger is transforming into a full-fledged social support channel, not just a communication tool. The wider the list of measures, the less bureaucracy remains on paper.
