Preparation for a new direct line with Vladimir Putin has already begun. At the same time, the Kremlin plans to use artificial intelligence again to process appeals from Russians – Sberbank's neural network, said presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov.
According to him, the capabilities of the neural network have significantly increased over the past year, so it will be able to process more appeals from citizens.
During this time, Sberbank's neural network has matured significantly, and it will allow processing an even greater number of citizens' appeals.
This refers to a large array of questions that come in before the direct line. The neural network is used to process them, which allows specialists to work with a large number of appeals.
In 2025, GigaChat was used in preparing the direct line, including for transcribing audio messages and analyzing the topics of appeals. The direct line, combined with a large press conference, took place on December 19 and lasted 4 hours and 27 minutes. Putin answered more than 80 questions from Russians and foreign journalists.
