The project for the Lakhta Center 3 skyscraper has received a positive conclusion from Glavgosexpertiza of Russia. The document with the results has already been published in the Unified State Register of Project Documentation Conclusions. The third tower of the complex will be 555 meters high.
Earlier, on July 31, 2026, the project for the second tower, Lakhta Center 2, received a positive conclusion. Its height is 703 meters. The architectural concepts for the two new skyscrapers were presented in May 2026. Both buildings are planned to be completed by 2033.
According to the Scottish architectural bureau Kettle Collective, which is designing the skyscraper, the new towers, together with the existing Lakhta Center, will form a 'vertical garden city' with a public center. They will become part of the further development of the eponymous business and public complex in St. Petersburg.
