The marine icebreaking rescue vessel (tug) "Suvorovets" (Project R-1234) arrived at the location where the longline small seiner "Triumf" caught fire, to search for four missing crew members. This was reported by the press service of the Kamchatka branch of the Marine Rescue Service.
All passing vessels are joining the search and are also inspecting the water area.

The icebreaking tug was built at a shipyard in Helsinki in 1980. The vessel is on duty in fishing areas and, if necessary, performs emergency rescue operations.
On September 25, a fire broke out on the seiner "Triumf", which was off the coast of Kamchatka. There were 29 people on board, and they evacuated to life rafts.
The vessel that responded to the distress signal picked up only 25 fishermen from the water; the search for the others continues. Law enforcement agencies have initiated a criminal case under Article 263 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
