The Obukhovsky Plant launched a robotic cell in the mechanical processing shop. The equipment's software was developed by the company's own specialists.
The cell is a single system with a robotic manipulator, a multi-tier storage warehouse for blanks, precision gripping devices, an automatic part referencing and measurement system, and a safety circuit.
At the same time, the plant acquired its own technology for creating robotic cells, a unique software complex, and a team of engineers capable of multiplying this success.
The press service added that the operational cell demonstrates high efficiency and significantly increases productivity.
