Yandex B2B Tech has added the ability to create AI agents that work directly in messengers to Yandex AI Studio. One ready-made assistant can now be connected to Telegram, Maks, and Yandex Telebridge simultaneously, and also be placed on a website.
To connect an agent, it is enough to specify the bot's token. After that, users will be able to contact it through the selected channel without separate interface development.
An AI agent can independently determine how to solve any user task, find and analyze the necessary documents, and then prepare the result.
The creation and configuration of such assistants takes place within Yandex AI Studio. This allows companies to use one AI agent in several communication channels with employees or clients at once.
As a result, the messenger becomes not a separate product for the AI agent, but a ready-made interface for working with the user.
