Two Hours Turned into 10 Minutes: Sber2V Launched an AI Assistant for Salespeople

The neural network independently studies the client, prepares the manager for negotiations, prompts during the meeting, and fills out the CRM afterward

Sber2V has launched an AI agent designed to take over a significant portion of routine work from sales managers. According to company estimates, it reduces preparation for negotiations from over 30 minutes to approximately two, and can assemble a commercial proposal in 10 minutes instead of two hours.

Before a meeting, the system independently studies the client from several sources. It checks interaction history in CRM, previous conversations, Unified State Register of Legal Entities (EGRUL) data, financial indicators, news, and the company's participation in government procurement and tenders. Then it forms a brief summary, suggests suitable products, and creates a negotiation plan.

The AI does not switch off during the meeting itself: it monitors the conversation and provides real-time prompts to the manager, pulling necessary information from corporate databases. The agent can work with both IP telephony and video conferences, and according to the developers, a separate integration with a telecom operator is not required.

After the call, the neural network transcribes the conversation, compiles a protocol, records agreements, updates the CRM, and prepares a letter to the client. At the end of the day, it generates a summary and a list of next tasks for the employee. In essence, one agent accompanies the deal from preparation for the first conversation to subsequent actions.

Sber2V expects that a portion of typical deals will eventually be able to proceed almost automatically – the stated level of automation for such scenarios reaches 60–80%. At the same time, the manager is left with the part of the work that still requires negotiations, decision-making, and direct communication with the client.
