Koblik Group received a gold medal in the “Agrosalon Star” competition for the development and serial production of the first Russian self-propelled feed mixer MVC 222. Before the advent of this machine, self-propelled feed mixers with a bunker volume of 22 m³ and a full work cycle were predominantly represented by imported equipment: this machine fills a critically important niche in animal husbandry.
What MVC 222 can do
The machine performs a full cycle in one body: the milling loader picks up the mass, then mixing, weighing, and distribution take place. This eliminates the need for a “tractor + trailed mixer” combination.
Stated characteristics: electronic weighing on 4 sensors to comply with the feeding program, both axles are driven and steerable, a 2 m wide milling loader picks up mass up to 5 m high without a loader. Two vertical augers with adjustable speed of 10–50 rpm preserve the feed structure. Three-sided unloading: two front trays and a rear conveyor. Stated operating temperature range — from −40 °C.
MVC 222 is produced in Russia at Koblik Group facilities with full Russian service and spare parts. This reduces the dependence of livestock farms on imported equipment in the feeding process.
