According to him, the implementation process is already underway, and no significant negative feedback has been received from users so far. The main difficulties are not related to the system itself, but to connecting individual devices and setting up access.

Aksakov specifically mentioned iPhones. According to his data, some owners of Apple smartphones can already work with the digital ruble, but the setup still requires additional actions, including from banks.

The mass launch of the digital ruble in Russia began on September 1. Large banks and trading companies are gradually connecting the infrastructure, and citizens can use the new form of national currency voluntarily.

The digital ruble has become the third form of national currency, alongside cash and non-cash money. It is issued by the Bank of Russia, and operations are carried out through a special Central Bank platform.
