The Taganrog Aviation Scientific and Technical Complex (TANTK) named after Beriev is once again facing the threat of bankruptcy. The intention to declare the enterprise insolvent was published in the "SPARK" system by "LuxSOR" company, registered in Vologda.
It should be noted that the plaintiff did not disclose the amount of debt owed to them. However, according to Russian law, the debt to a creditor must exceed 1 million rubles, and the delay must be more than 3 months.
This is already the fourth bankruptcy claim against the Beriev aircraft plant. Last week, similar statements were filed by "Vostokinvestproekt", "Millennium-komandirovochnye resheniya" and "NEO Engineering".
TANTK named after Beriev ended last year with a loss of about 5 billion rubles. The aircraft plant produces Be-200 amphibians, A-50U AWACS aircraft and is working on a new A-100 "Premier" model.
