Specialists from Gazpromneft-SM have developed an all-season synthetic motor oil G-Profi FLI 15W-40. The liquid lubricant is designed for diesel engines installed in quarry and construction equipment, as well as agricultural machinery.
The motor oil reduces the impact of combustion products on the engine and minimizes deposit formation. The product allows increasing the service life of the power unit of heavily loaded equipment by more than 40% before the first major overhaul.
Sergey Starodubtsev, Deputy General Director of Gazpromneft-SM, stated that companies are interested in maximizing equipment efficiency.
This task is especially relevant for the mining industry, where equipment operates continuously and determines the productivity of the entire enterprise.
The Gazpromneft-SM product will help solve this problem. The shelf life of G-Profi FLI 15W-40 in a factory canister is 5 years. The pour point of the motor oil is -34°C, and the total base number is 15.3 mg KOH/g. All characteristics of the lubricant have been confirmed by industrial tests.
