Kalashnikov Concern will for the first time present the modernized multifunctional search and rescue boat "Lider-11" at the XVI International Salon "Integrated Safety" in Kazan from September 3 to 5. The civilian vessel is mass-produced using advanced composite materials and the latest equipment.
Thanks to its high performance, the "Lider-11" is suitable for patrolling, search and anti-sabotage operations, intercepting intruder vessels, and supporting diving operations. Two engines with a total power of 740 hp accelerate the 12-meter boat to a speed of over 40 knots (over 74 km/h). The cruising range is 300 nautical miles, and the autonomy of navigation reaches one and a half days. The crew of the vessel consists of two people, with provisions for eight specialists.
The Concern is also ready to equip the boat with additional equipment and protection means upon customer request.
We have already written about BK-16 and BK-10 boats, presented by Kalashnikov Concern at the "Fleet-2026" exhibition. These high-speed vessels reach up to 42 knots and are used for troop deployment and combating naval drones. In another article, we talked about foreign interest in the BK-16 version with diving equipment. These boats were refined taking into account combat experience: it is possible that their armor protection will be further strengthened with composite materials. The new civilian "Lider-11" continues the Concern's line of multi-purpose boats, combining high speed and search and rescue functions.
