Over 300 TM-140 all-terrain vehicles from Rostec are mastering the Arctic and Siberia

Vehicles from the "High Precision Systems" holding transport up to 4 tons of cargo and 15 passengers in off-road conditions

The "High Precision Systems" holding (part of Rostec) has summarized the results of the operation of TM-140 tracked all-terrain vehicles. A total of over 300 vehicles are currently in operation across various organizations. The Ural Federal District has become the leader in the number of all-terrain vehicles, with over 120 vehicles in operation there. The Siberian and Far Eastern Federal Districts share second and third places.

The TM-140 is produced by "Kurganmashzavod". The all-terrain vehicle is capable of transporting up to four tons of cargo or up to 15 passengers. The maximum speed on land reaches 45 km/h, and on water – about 4–5 km/h. The cruising range exceeds 500 km, and with the installation of additional fuel tanks, it increases to 870 km.

The vehicles are used for Arctic research, servicing oil and gas fields, infrastructure construction, and transporting people and goods in complete off-road conditions. The reliability of the TM-140 has been confirmed by decades of successful operation in the extreme conditions of the Far North. Since last year, "Kurganmashzavod" has resumed large-scale production of all-terrain vehicles, with plans to produce at least 40 vehicles in 2026.
