Will hide from AI drones: "Kalashnikov" started serial production of RDG-U smoke grenades

The pyrotechnic device also protects against equipment with thermal imaging sights

The Russian arms concern "Kalashnikov" has launched serial production of the RDG-U smoke grenade. The pyrotechnic device will help servicemen hide from drones equipped with an artificial intelligence (AI) target search system. This was stated by the CEO of the concern, Alan Lushnikov.

Lushnikov reminded that the RDG-U was presented several years ago. The need for grenades that create a smoke screen is very high, he added.

As you know, now in the optical guidance system, both we and the enemy are quite actively using elements of artificial intelligence.
