The Ozon Bank app has been removed from Google Play. Users cannot download it from the Google store, but for those who installed the program earlier, nothing has changed — the app continues to work as usual. This was reported by the bank's press service.
The organization emphasized that the disappearance from the app store did not affect the operation of financial services. Clients can still pay for purchases, make transfers, and perform other operations within Russia.
Ozon Bank also assured that users' money is safe.
For those who need to install the application, the bank suggests using the instructions on its website. In addition, a web version of the service is available to clients — they can log into their personal account through a browser.
Ozon Bank has become another Russian financial service to face restrictions in Google Play. Earlier, VK, Maks, Odnoklassniki, and Mail.ru apps disappeared from the store.
