The Russian office software developer "Novye Oblachnye Tekhnologii" closed its offices in St. Petersburg and Innopolis (Tatarstan). This was reported to "Vedomosti" by two former employees and one who remained with the company.
Vyacheslav Zakorzhevsky, CEO of "Novye Oblachnye Tekhnologii", confirmed the closure of several offices. However, he did not specify in which cities operations were ceased.
According to him, employees moved to the capital's business center "Olimpiya Park". This is where the office of the company's main shareholder, "Kaspersky Lab" (which owns a 68.8% stake), is located.
Specialists from "Novye Oblachnye Tekhnologii" developed the "MoyOfis" suite of office applications (the latest version was released in March 2025) for working with documents, as a replacement for Microsoft Office. This suite is aimed at commercial and government customers and complies with the information security requirements of the FSB and the Russian Ministry of Defense.
After foreign vendors left the Russian market, "MoyOfis" was actively sold for some time. However, according to the company's reports, in 2025, the net loss of "Novye Oblachnye Tekhnologii" amounted to 8.82 billion rubles, and revenue was 1.02 billion rubles (49.5% less than in 2024).
