Belarus tests "Piramida" EW complex: it suppresses GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou, and Galileo at a distance of up to 30 km

OAO "KB Radar" announced a new electronic warfare complex "Piramida", which is currently undergoing tests in various conditions. The system is designed to suppress satellite navigation signals GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou, and Galileo at a range of up to 30 km.

The complex is intended to disrupt the operation of navigation receivers of aircraft, high-precision weapons, weapon control systems, and ground equipment.

The system is built on several transmitters that form a controlled radio interference field. Operators can remotely set impact zones, and control includes both automatic and manual modes.

The declared range for suppressing receiving terminals reaches 30 km. At the same time, the necessary frequency channels can be switched on automatically according to a given program and at a set time.

The developers also provide for the possibility of integrating "Piramida" into complex systems for protecting territories, critical infrastructure facilities, and important state objects. In such a configuration, the complex should work in conjunction with detection means, forming a unified system of detection and electronic suppression.
