Russian "Morok" cloak updated: weight reduced by 20%, deliveries exceeded 3,000 units

The modernized version received new materials and retained protection against night vision devices and thermal imagers

Russian manufacturer Zavoz.pro supplied over 3,000 "Morok" camouflage cloaks to the Russian army and presented a modernized version of the product. After the update, the cloak's weight was reduced by 20%, and ergonomics were improved, along with an expanded choice of colors.

The company reported that the product's design continues to be improved. Modern materials were used for the new version, allowing for a reduction in mass without compromising functionality.

According to the developer, the cloak reduces a person's visibility to night vision devices and thermal imagers due to its ventilated design. When observed without special optics, camouflage is provided by the camouflage coloring and the volumetric texture of the outer layer.

The manufacturer also noted that it receives user feedback on the practical application of the product. According to the company, in one case, the cloak allowed for prolonged covert observation, maintaining stealth from the enemy even at minimal distances.
