"ODK-UMPO" avoided bankruptcy proceedings after repaying a debt of 41 million rubles to the Ulyanovsk company "Interstankoservis". A statement of insolvency of the aircraft engine manufacturer for Su-57 fighters was filed with the Arbitration Court of Bashkiria, but the case did not reach consideration – the debt was settled.
The reason for the appeal was a debt that arose after the decision of the arbitration court. The Arbitration Court of Bashkiria previously issued a writ of execution for the recovery of about 438.5 thousand euros of debt and interest from "ODK-UMPO". The total amount of claims at the exchange rate at the beginning of August was approximately 41.1 million rubles.
However, the case did not reach the launch of bankruptcy proceedings. "Interstankoservis" reported that "ODK-UMPO" fully repaid its debt to the company.
"ODK-UMPO" in recent years remains one of the key enterprises of the Russian aviation industry. The company produces aircraft engines and participates in the production of power plants for promising fighter programs, including the Su-57.
At the same time, the financial performance of the enterprise in 2026 remained difficult. According to the results of the first half of the year, "ODK-UMPO" revenue amounted to 43.5 billion rubles, which is 13.8% less than the figure for the same period last year. Net loss, however, decreased almost threefold - from 8.8 billion to 2.9 billion rubles.
