The brand under which TVs were assembled in Voronezh has been officially declared bankrupt. The Moscow Arbitration Court satisfied the claim of OOO "DNS Retail" (a subsidiary of the DNS group) to declare OOO "Kvant" bankrupt – the legal entity specializing in assembling the only domestic TVs under the Irbis brand.
Mikhail Etonov's Kvant group of companies has factories in Voronezh and Zelenograd. The court initiated bankruptcy proceedings – this is the final stage of bankruptcy, when the organization's property is sold to pay off creditors. The reasoned part of the decision has not yet been published.
DNS Retail filed for bankruptcy in June 2025. In February, the Moscow Arbitration Court initiated a monitoring procedure against OOO "Kvant", including a debt of 654.6 million rubles to the applicant in the register of creditors' claims.
In May, 24 more creditors were added to the register with total claims of 763.4 million rubles. Among the largest are a Yandex subsidiary (OOO "Laboratoriya Alisy") with 230.7 million rubles and the Moscow-based "Trading House "BBK"" with 154.8 million rubles.
Production stopped in April 2025 – Kvant's plant suspended the assembly of Irbis TVs of all diagonals.
