The "Rosel" holding (part of the Rostec state corporation) has launched serial production of the "Flock of Eagles" controller for interceptor drones. The device provides control over four brushless motors, allows real-time parameter changes, and maintains stability under high loads. The development is intended for highly maneuverable drones capable of hitting targets by direct collision.
According to the developers, "Flock of Eagles" received a system for monitoring and adjusting parameters directly during the operation of the device. This allows for prompt correction of engine characteristics without interrupting the flight.
The controller is designed for operation in conditions of strong electromagnetic interference. When drones are used in groups, the electronics maintain stable communication and control. Additionally, a digital signature is provided, which protects the device from illegal copying.
Rosel stated that, based on the totality of its characteristics, the Russian controller has no direct analogues among domestic developments.
The new product is aimed at the rapidly developing segment of FPV systems, where electronics require minimal control latency, high reliability, and the ability to withstand sharp load changes.
