"Plans look very optimistic": Belshina to increase tire production by 20%

The Belarusian company produces tires for passenger cars, trucks, and special equipment

OAO "Belshina" plans to increase the production of various tire sizes by 20% in the third quarter of 2026. This was stated by the company's CEO, Andrey Soyko, following a meeting with the head of the Presidential Administration of Belarus, Dmitry Krutoy.

According to him, production will start to increase at the company's factories as early as July. The products will be sold on the Russian and Belarusian markets, Soyko added.

Belshina will also receive state support. This includes subsidies for energy resources, raw material purchases, and service payments, the CEO explained.

The Belarusian tire plant (now Belshina) was founded in 1958. Its production facilities produce tires for passenger cars, trucks, construction, road, agricultural machinery, and quarry dump trucks.

The assortment includes more than 300 tire sizes. In 2024, Belshina sold 4.2 million tires. About 60% of the products are supplied to Russia.
