The Ufa enterprise ODK-UMPO, which produces engines for Su-57, Su-35S, Su-30, and Su-27 fighters, faces another bankruptcy lawsuit. This is the fifth such notice since the beginning of 2026.
This time, the Moscow company "Prokonsim" announced its intention to file a lawsuit to declare UMPO insolvent.
In June, the Arbitration Court of Bashkiria ordered the issuance of a writ of execution to the company for the recovery of approximately 2.4 million rubles from ODK-UMPO.
UMPO's financial performance last year was significantly weaker than in previous years. By the end of 2025, the plant reported a net loss of 14.3 billion rubles, whereas a year earlier it showed a profit of almost 8 billion rubles. Revenue also decreased to 121.7 billion rubles.
In early July, the Moscow Machine-Building Enterprise (MMP) named after V. V. Chernyshev, which produces engines for MiG-31 interceptors, became part of ODK-UMPO.
