As conceived by tankers: new sights for hitting UAVs created by 3D engineers

The volunteer association "Tekhnofront RusVesny" has manufactured a batch of sights for hitting enemy drones – the product has been tested in action and received positive feedback from soldiers. The development was created on a 3D printer based on the idea of servicemen of the 26th Tank Regiment, who are in the combat zone.

The new sights are designed to increase the accuracy of firing at aerial targets – primarily unmanned aerial vehicles. The design takes into account the specifics of hitting small and fast drones.

Volunteers of "Tekhnofront" are engaged in the manufacture of consumables for ammunition, drop systems, muzzle brakes-compensators and other products necessary for use in combat. One of the popular products of the association was mini-bombs for UAVs "mini FAB-500", sent to the combat zone: the bodies are made by 3D printing and then filled with plastic explosive.
